Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("terms") apply to your use of The Digital Courses ("website"). Please familiarize yourself with them carefully.

This website is operated by Impactful Growth LLC ("us", "we"). By continuing to use this website, you acknowledge that you have read these terms, understand their contents, and agree with them in their entirety.

Courses

The Digital Courses is an online learning platform for digital professionals. We sell online courses to individuals who want to acquire digital skills.

A "course" is a collection of video lessons, with sound and transcripts, on a given subject. The "instructor" is the individual teaching that course, whereas a "student" is any individual who has purchased it from this website.

Our courses are delivered online, on-demand, and do not require any live attendance or scheduling.

We are not an academic institution. Our courses are non-credit and cannot be transferred to a credit-bearing degree or program.

Course purchases

To access a course, you must first purchase it.

By purchasing a course, you become a student and get lifetime access to that course's materials.

Courses can be purchased separately or in bundles. A "bundle" consists of two or more courses sold together at a lower price than if purchased individually.

Our courses are only available for purchase on this website. Do not purchase unauthorized copies sold elsewhere — we will pursue any unauthorized sale and use to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No refunds

We operate with a no-refund policy.

Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediacy of access, all course purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds and will dispute chargebacks as a clear and indisputable violation of these terms.

Lifetime access

You are given lifetime access to our courses for as long as our courses, and our company, exist.

If our company is dissolved or our courses are discontinued, you will no longer have access to the courses you have purchased.

While we will do our best to provide you with written notice, we cannot guarantee that one will be provided in the event of company dissolution or the discontinuation of a course.

Single-use license

When you purchase a course or course bundle, you are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferrable license to access the courses and use the information contained within.

While you can access the courses you've purchased on any device you own, you may not share credentials or materials with others, be it family members, work colleagues, or business partners.

If you would like to share the contents of a course with others, encourage them to purchase it from our website. Non-authorized redistribution will be considered infringement of copyright.

Intellectual property

We own all courses sold on The Digital Courses, including trademarks and copyright.

You may not republish, reproduce, or create derivatives of any text, image, audio, video, or file-based materials in the course, whether in whole or in part, and claim or sell them as your own work.

By downloading, printing, or otherwise using our courses and the training materials contained within for your personal use, you in no way assume any ownership rights of the content — it is still our intellectual property.

Any unauthorized reproduction or unauthorized use of materials found in our courses will constitute infringement of copyright punishable by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Limitation of liability

You agree that in no event will Impactful Growth LLC, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees, and/or service providers be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages as a result of your access to the and use of the courses (and information contained within).
