The Digital Courses is an online learning platform ("website") owned and operated by Impactful Growth LLC ("we", "us"), with registered address at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801, USA.

This privacy policy ("policy") describes what personal data we collect about you when you visit this website and purchase our courses. Please familiarize yourself with it carefully.

What data we collect

From website visitors

If you open this website in a web browser, regardless of whether you've purchased a course from us or not, you will become a visitor.

Visitor information

We use Payhip, an e-commerce platform, to power our website. When you visit our website, Payhip may process your IP address and User-Agent string to verify if you are a human or a bot, determine your tax jurisdiction, and report statistics about the usage of our website.

Payhip may also save cookies on your device, allowing you to use the shopping cart, make purchases, and sign into the student-only areas for accessing purchased courses.

This data, which we collectively refer to as "visitor information," is stored securely on Payhip's servers.

From students

If you purchase a course or a course bundle on our website, you will become a student.

Account information

When you purchase a course, we will ask you for your first name, last name, email address, and a password. We will use this data to create a student account that you can sign into for accessing the courses you have purchased from us.

This data, which we collectively refer to as "account information," is stored securely on Payhip's servers. Your password is encrypted and saved as a hash, meaning that neither we nor Payhip staff can see it.

Payhip's privacy policy can be found at https://payhip.com/privacy

Payment information

Stripe, the payment gateway we use to collect and process card payments, will ask for your card number, expiry date, and CVC code at checkout. This personal data is required to process your payment and complete your purchase on our website.

Stripe may also save cookies on your device to detect and prevent fraud, secure your personal data from unauthorized access, and ensure the functioning of the payment form on our website's checkout pages.

This data, which we collectively refer to as "payment information," is stored securely on Stripe's servers. Neither we nor Payhip have access to your payment information.

Stripe's privacy policy can be found at https://stripe.com/privacy

From newsletter subscribers

When you buy a course on our website, we will ask you if you would like to receive updates and promotional offers from us by email.

If agree to this, you will give consent to marketing communications over email and become a newsletter subscriber.

We will create a subscriber profile with your email address and time and date of opt-in in Mailcoach Cloud, the email marketing platform which powers our newsletter.

As you receive email messages from us, we may also collect data about the emails you have opened and the links that you have clicked. We may process this data to infer your interests and personalize our email messages to you.

This data, which we collectively refer to as "subscriber information," is stored securely on Mailcoach Cloud's servers.

Who we share your data with

We use tools and services from third parties to run our business and make this website and these courses available to you.

  • Visitor information and account information is shared with Payhip, provided to us by Payhip Ltd, a company in the United Kingdom.
  • Payment information is shared with Stripe, provided to us by Stripe Inc, a company in the United States of America.
  • Subscriber information is shared with Mailcoach Cloud, provided to us by Spatie BV, a company in Belgium.

How we keep your data safe

Secure connection

Your connection to this website is secure and encrypted via the Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS), the industry-standard way to secure the communications between web browsers and servers.

This means that any information you receive or send is encrypted into a hash, so that others cannot see it or temper with it.

Security practices

We take security seriously and do our best to secure both our software and our devices.

We use unique, randomly-generated, sufficiently-difficult passwords and two-factor authentication on all of our software to minimize the risk of our accounts getting hacked.

Our laptops are password-protected and have file encryption enabled. That way, if they are stolen or lost, the information that's stored on them cannot be read without the password.
